Description
Oregano is the dried green leaf of a wild marjoram plant in the mint family. The piquant “pizza Herb” is not a subtle flavor. Oregano blends unbelievably well with basil, especially in dishes that include tomato products. Use Oregano in spaghetti, pasta sauce, tomato salad, omelets, gravies, beef and lamb stew, fresh garden salads and of course, pizza!
